In just a few moments I will be rolling in PROFILE 2.0! There are quite a few changes with this version. Firstly, everybody's RP and PVP stance have been reset and all toggles have been cleared. You will need to set your toggles and stances again.
Whats New:
- Complete revamp of the output mechanics. Now fields that are not shown will not have their corresponding label shown.
- Complete revamp of the stance settings. This allows for easy expansion of new stances
- Addition of the SPOUSE stance. This has different settings based on your marital status. However if you are PVP OPEN then your spouse will be shown regardless of your spouse stance.
- Addition of new fields
IM - You can display your screen name for whatever service you use
URL - You can display any website that you want. However, it has to be approved by a GM. There are websites that are auto-approved. Please post on the boards for any websites you would like to see added to this list.
- The Race field can now be toggled
- GMs can now toggle their profile to be viewed by players if they wish.
- PROFILE /EDIT for SF users has been split into two windows. The regular PROFILE view and a window with edit controls.
GMs now have the following abilities
- Run some trivia. This will give us a tally of all players in the game and how many are set to what PvP and RP stance.
- We can now lock a players CLOSED option. This means we can take away the ability to set your PvP stance to closed. You will only be able to choose between GUARDED and OPEN. If you are set to CLOSED when this happens you will be bumped to GUARDED
